ORDINANCE 557 - REGARDING THE SALE OF PROPERTY
THE CITY OF STAPLES DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Sec. 1 The City of Staples is hereby empowered to sell the following real estate located in the City of Staples, County of Todd, State of Minnesota in accordance with the sale price to be authorized by the City Council:
Lot 2, Block 11, Searles Addition to Staples, Todd County, Minnesota; and
Lots 3, 7, 8, 9 and 10, Block 11, Searles First Addition to Staples, Todd County, Minnesota.
Sec. 2 The net proceeds from the sale shall be used pursuant to Section 11.05 of the Staples City Charter.
Sec.3 The Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to execute any documents to complete the sale.
Sec. 4 This ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage and publication in accordance with law.
